About the Alberta Basic Security Training (ABST) Program
- 40-hour course built on the Alberta Justice and Solicitor General's Security Services curriculum

To qualify for an Alberta Security Services Licence, ABST students must score 80% or higher on the exam. Successful candidates will receive an official certificate from the Alberta Ministry of Justice.
